GibMeme introduces a new character option and comes equipped with the new MemeCard weapon.

Balance & Rebalance Changes

The v3.8.1 balance update focuses on Monster Rebalance, with changes to Green Fairy and Wizard.

Green Fairy

Green Fairy receives increases to HP, Bullet Speed, and Range:

• HP: 25 → 27
• Bullet Speed: 3 → 3.25
• Range: 3 → 3.5

These changes make Green Fairy more durable while increasing the speed and reach of its attacks.

Wizard

Wizard receives improvements to its gravity-based abilities:

• Gravity Radius: 1.25 → 1.35
• Gravity Force: 3 → 3.25
• Gravity Duration: 3 → 3.25

The increased radius, force, and duration strengthen Wizard's gravity effect during combat.
